Arena changeroom allocation and scheduling

We are looking for some feedback from other areas on how you manage your arena change room allocations and schedules. Any answers or feedback to the following questions would be greatly appreciated:

-How do you schedule and post arena change room allocations?
-Who updates this information on a daily basis?
-How do you display/get this information to guests?
-What are your general policies around change room usage (eg. how long does a user group have to vacate the change room space after their booking and how early can they access the space prior to)?

Hello,
At the Claude Parish Memorial Arena in Houston we use a whiteboard in the lobby to post change room assignments for the day - we are however looking into the feasibility of using tv monitors to post the room assignments along with the arena schedule, advertising, etc. Currently our morning arena attendant references the daily use schedule to assign the change rooms. Our policy states that user groups are granted access to the change rooms 30 minutes prior to and after their ice times although, other than the last booking of the night, this is not strictly enforced.

We use the Visual Sports Image LCD screens for our allocation board. It's a win-win for us. We get a big cheque every year, free TVs and operating system and the ability to program it however we want from the "Cloud".
The info is updated by our Booking Clerk on a daily basis via the Web. It's fairly simple to do and once you get the hang of it it doesn't take long each day.
Our general policy is that we allow groups in 30 minutes before booking and they have to be out 30 minutes after.

I'm not sure if you've found a solution to managing your area change room scheduling, but I came across your post and thought I'd reply. You can always use an online booking feature to schedule change room allocations and availability. Members and visitors can book these rooms in advance, and all features can be managed from the cloud. -How do you schedule and post arena change room allocations?
We use Capital Networks billboard software to run our own TV channels. We own our own monitors, and pay the software fee each year. We export data from CLASS into a custom made GUI our IT department made up. Staff then go into the GUI twice a week and schedule the rooms. If there are changes to the schedule, bookings notify us, and we update the data for the sign.

-Who updates this information on a daily basis?
Our call centre clerk cleans up the data, and the arena program staff schedule the rooms

-How do you display/get this information to guests?
Monitors at the main entrances
